The candidate for mayor, José Julián Gregorio, has advanced that he intends to create a national board of porcelain, “whose name, if the Royal House accepts it, will be ‘Princess Leonor'” and that A great boost will serve to promote the Talavera identity symbol declared by UNESCO as an Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
This has been pronounced in front of the media today in a ceramic mural dedicated to the Mondas festival, where he has stressed that he will work to regain the Talavera heritage. In this sense, he recalled that “in difficult times” the PP obtained 25 million euros of European funds, (among ADUSI and others), and some of them have been improved in part of the walls, “but the PSOE García of Agustina has been barely able to execute 10 percent.”
For this reason, Gregorio has indicated that if he becomes mayor by May 28, he will use 90 percent of the euro funds to invest in the city and its heritage, since Agustina García has been unable, perhaps because she Focuses on other tasks. “Such as pledging our support to Pedro Sánchez, Bildú and Eschera República through the votes of my fellow councilor and senator Monserrat Muro in Talavera, while in PP we will always defend Spain”.
“We are going to fight with other administrations because Paco Núñez is going to be president of Castilla-La Mancha and Alberto Núñez Feijoa in Spain”, which will benefit Talavera a lot so that many projects “sanchismo have stopped” go ahead.
On the other hand, the candidate has assured that he hopes to rehabilitate the Casa de los Canonigos, “a constant promise that is never fulfilled”; Likewise, he has stated that he would promote the excavation and recovery of volumes from the Alcazaba and the Mérida Gate, as well as reconstructing and relocating the missing judicial rolls at Talavera.
José Julián Gregorio explained that he would launch an office to attract public support with which to access more European money, which would be a new office to attract European money from which to improve neighborhoods and Improvements would be introduced, “and above all here in the historic center so that the houses could be improved; this would be a way to recover Talavera”.
The candidate wants “a first-class city” and “becoming the most important showcase in the downtown area to bring domestic tourism that the Socialists have not been able to activate in four years.”
“I want the support of the people of Talavera to make a big change in Talavera”, insisted Gregorio, who has made it clear that Talavera will be a priority and will go beyond the initials of the party; “I am not going to be a servant like mayor, I am here to serve Talavera and the people of Talavera with the best team.”
For this reason, he has “asked for a vote for Talavera, and I do it without bondage, free to make a first-rate Talavera with my own hands.” In this way he addressed moderate voters “who in 2019 trusted other parties and who are disenchanted with the drift of sanchismo in Spain” which has been shown against our traditions and everything we love. “Here’s the popular party to welcome you and recover Talavera together.”
In this sense, José Julián Gregorio has made it clear that by May 28 “the abolition of sanchismo in Talavera will begin” as well as the transition of territory to Paco Núñez from Pedro Sánchez de la Moncloa and Alberto Núñez Feijo ousted as President of Spain; “This will put an end to four years of broken promises.”
