Prince Harry admits that trauma is an expert on marijuana and Meghan Markle’s health

Prince Harry (38 years old) once again opened his heart publicly, sharing some of the most difficult episodes of his life. So in a profuse interview with the trauma expert Gabor Maté, published this past Saturday, March 4. For 90 minutes, the Duke of Sussex spoke, among other things, about drugs, his struggle to find the truth, support for Meghan Markle (41) and the upbringing of his children. He also reported his life within the Royal House, but without the name of his brother William (40).

The interview began with an analysis of Harry’s memoirs, entitled Parce. Mate commented that many critics have suggested that the text is a kind of perdition where the Duke of Sussex is trying to portray himself as a victim. But for his son Carlos III (74) it is not the same. In his opinion, “it is an act of service” to participate in the main events of life.

After reading the book, the trauma expert diagnosed Harry with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). In his opinion, it is more than a disease, “a normal response to stress.” Harry took the comment from the event and opened up about his experience of going to care.
