Protestors attacked the SHO of Delhi Police with a sword on the Singhu border

On the day of Republic Day, the manner in which 500 policemen were injured in the violence of ‘farmer’ protesters, it is not yet forgotten that the policemen are being attacked again. A SHO of the Delhi Police was attacked with a sword again on the Singhu border. At 8 o’clock on Tuesday (February 16, 2021), a protestor named Harpreet Singh attacked with a sword and took the car of Delhi Police.

The said protestor started chasing the car, after which the police started chasing him. When he found himself surrounded at Mukarba Chowk, he left the car there and ran away with a scooty lying there. SHO Ashish Dubey, who was posted at Samaypur Badli police station, was following him with the police force, during which he used the sword Attacking Gave and he was injured.

He died narrowly in the sword attack. He was admitted to the hospital at night due to finger and neck wound. The accused hails from Punjab. Two cases have been filed against him. The police have also arrested him. Police have said that the accused was also intoxicated. He is under interrogation. This has also raised the question about intoxication at the protest venue.

Even before this incident, the protesters attacked the SHO of Alipur with a sword and they were seriously injured. Farmers protesting in this incident on January 29, 2021 attacked the SHO present there with a sword, injuring their hand. The injured SHO was taken to the hospital and Talwar was captured. There were many such incidents on 26 January.
