Public health updates ‘Take care of me’ guide with advice during pregnancy, childbirth and newborn care

The Directorate General of Public Health of the Department of Health has updated under the title ‘Take care of me: Guidelines for starting life’ The traditional guide ‘Quidem’ that has been advising fathers and mothers in the first years of their children’s lives since 2005. This year the guide has been updated and adapted to the current reality, and as a main innovation, advice for the stage before birth: care during pregnancy has been added.
