Ranveer Singh doesn’t surprise us with his movies, shows or action. On June 24, the trailer of his upcoming show, Ranveer Vs Wild was unveiled. The Jayeshbhai Jordaar actor, in a never-seen-before avatar, looked promising. During the trailer launch of the show, Ranveer revealed an excerpt from his dinner conversation with wife Deepika Padukone. He told the actress that her career is a ‘flatline’ when he asked her to take on Ranveer Vs Wild.
Ranveer tells Deepika, her career experiences are falling flat
Ranveer Singh was last seen in Jayeshbhai Jordaar, which performed mediocre at the box office. And now, the actor channeled his inner love for adventure and is all set to appear opposite Bear Grylls in Ranveer Vs Wild. At the trailer launch held in the city on June 24, the actor revealed what inspired him to appear on the show. And it has something to do with his wife Deepika Padukone. Talking about his career, Ranveer said, “I have escaped the biggest jungle of the entertainment industry. Felt the need to shake things up. I was having dinner with Dipika when I told her that I think my experiences are flat right now and she encouraged me to take any exciting opportunity and that’s when the offer came to me.

Ranveer Singh is seen traversing terrains, engaging in adventure sports, eating insects, and challenging bears, wolves and snakes to get a special flower from the top of a hill for Deepika Padukone. The over two and a half minute long trailer is full of mentions of Deepika, which is backed up by Ranveer’s funny comments and her attempt to teach Hindi to Bear Grylls!
