The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley had designer bags and jewelry stolen from her Encino home late Wednesday night, police told The Times.
Theft is being investigated. The LAPD is looking for three suspects who they say stormed into Kemsley’s home at block 17000 Adlon Road around 10:50 pm, where they confronted the reality TV star directly.
“The victim got scared and complied with the requirements of the suspects, directing them to the values,” the Los Angeles police said. “The suspects took their bags, jewelry and watches with significant financial losses and fled in a black truck.”
Kemsley, who owns a line of swimwear and sportswear, was not contacted Thursday for comment. She and her husband, Paul “P.K.” Kemsley, moved to the Los Angeles area in 2015 and have two children.
Police did not say if anyone else was in the house at the time of the robbery.
The Real Housewives franchise focuses on the lives of wealthy women and regularly highlights their high-end merchandise and luxury homes.
The investigation is being carried out by the Los Angeles Police Department of Robberies and Murders, which investigates high-profile incidents with the use of violence.
