Redmi, a subsidiary of Xiaomi, has announced that it will launch the new Redmi Note 13 series on September 21st. The range includes the Redmi Note 13, the Redmi Note 13 Pro and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. These models will be the successors to last year’s Redmi Note 12 series. A recent leak from Xiaomi has confirmed some of the display specifications for the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. This model will feature a curved AMOLED display, a first for the Redmi Note series. The screen will have a resolution of 1.5K and a maximum brightness of 1300 nits. It will also have a PWM dimming rate of 1920Hz. For added durability, Redmi has used Corning Gorilla Glass Victus glass on the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. This provides greater resistance to drops and scratches compared to previous generations. In addition, the display offers higher luminous efficiency, low blue light, flicker-free and improved eye protection. Leaks and certifications suggest that the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek’s 4nm Dimensity 7200-Ultra SoC processor, which offers high performance capabilities. The device is expected to feature a 200-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HP3 Discovery Edition camera sensor along with an 8-megapixel ultra-large sensor, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 16-megapixel front camera. As for storage and battery, rumors suggest that the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will offer up to 18GB of RAM and a 4,880mAh battery. With these impressive specifications and the addition of the new curved AMOLED display, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is shaping up to be an exciting addition to the Redmi lineup
