Demand for Renault’s famous affordable MPV Tribe is growing rapidly in France. The company has set another new record because of this MPV, a total of 75,000 units of this MPV have been sold so far. This MPVT is popular in both urban and rural areas due to its enhanced appearance and luxurious location.
The company first launched this MPVT in the Indian market on 28 August 2019. As a result of this MPV, the company has a share of about 4.9 percent in this segment. When the company launched the Tribe, its initial price was only Rs 4.99 lakh. But now the price of this MPV has increased from Rs 5.30 lakh to Rs 7.82 lakh.
If we review the sales figures, between August 2019 and March 2020, the company sold a total of 33,860 units of this MPV. At the same time, in fiscal year 2021, the company sold a total of 40,956 units. Of which 11,768 units were sold between January and March this year. Last month the company launched it with a new updated feature, now it is available with dual tone options.

This MPV is available in the market with a single petrol engine and four variants. The company has given a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder petrol engine that generates 72 hp of power and 96 Nm of torque. This engine has 5 speed manual and automatic gearbox. The company claims that this MPV gives mileage of up to 20 kilometers per liter.
