Indian electric bike maker Revolt has shocked its customers. The company has increased the price of its Revolt RV400 electric bike, as well as reduced its battery warranty year. According to the report, the battery warranty of the company’s Revolt RV400 has been reduced to 7 years. The warranty has been cut for two years. Besides, the price has also increased by Tk 16,000. Earlier, the ex-showroom price of the bike was Rs 1,07,000, which was less than Rs 1 lakh on-road after subsidy in various states. But now the new ex-showroom price of the bike is Rs 1,25,000.

Battery and range
The Revolt RV 400 electric bike has a 3.24kWh lithium-ion battery. The battery is connected to a 3kW electric motor. It has three riding modes Echo, Normal and Sports. In sports mode, it gives a maximum speed of 85 kilometers per hour. Eco mode, on the other hand, is for a wider range. In eco mode, it covers 150 kilometers on a full charge. According to the company, the battery takes 4.5 hours to fully charge.
