A musician accused of displaying anti-Semitic iconography displayed the name of Anne Frank, activists and martyrs at a concert in Berlin.
Roger Waters, the legendary musician of Pink Floyd, is at the center of the controversy. The musician is being investigated by German police for allegedly displaying anti-Semitic symbols on stage at a recent concert in Berlin.
They reportedly wore water suits similar to Nazi soldier uniforms and used an inflatable pig with a Third Reich-style image and Star of David on it. Although at the beginning of the show he shows a message on the screen condemning anti-Semitism.
Water’s clothes and achievements in his performances show the talent of Bob Geldof Pink in the film on the album Wall. But the symbol on the bracelet is similar to the swastika, which has generated great controversy.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry also shared on Twitter: “Hello to everyone except Roger Waters, who spent the night in Berlin (Yes, Berlin) desecrating the memory of Anne Frank and the 6 million Jews killed in the Holocaust.”

The German police are asking whether all this violates the dignity of the victims and disturbs public peace. The case will be sent to the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office for a legal evaluation after a thorough investigation.
Roger Waters has expressed his views on the Israel-Palestine conflict in recent years, using words such as “apartheid” and “ethnic cleansing”. Due to controversy, the second Frankfurt concert in Germany was canceled as it was considered one of the “world’s most notorious anti-tracks”. But after the water took legal action, the concert was going to go ahead.
So far, the research has determined if the music is the cause.
