The organization announced the new measures in a release on Sunday.

Among the measures taken we can count the addition of 150 additional workers gradually assigned to the branches; to open longer hours, every day, according to the number of visitors; services from training on weekends; the reception capacity of the public media is available at the location; new self-service digital kiosks; and an interactive map to locate the nearest service point. The telephone support number for the SAAQclic platform is 1 833 466-1322.

  • The authority of the service will also be increased. Easier account creation SAAQclic, when registered online, will be able to get your notification by phone rather than by mail.

This information can also be obtained by contacting Revenue Quebec.

As of March 3, the authentication process will be simplified in the seven branches of the SAAQ and will thus be completed using two pieces of identification instead of four, namely the health insurance card and the driver’s license.

Due to technical issues reported by dealers, in addition to a major update of the SAAQclic merchant portal completed this weekend, 15 additional employees will answer calls to provide support, an email box will be set up to report problems encountered and a web page will report technical problems solved or analyzed.

The SAAQclic platform once again wants to assure its customers that its teams are “working tirelessly to restore the situation as quickly as possible”.
