The next film of ‘The Kashmir Files’ famous director Vivek Agnihotri is ‘The Vaccine War’. This film will release on 28 September. Earlier this film was going to clash with Prabhas’ film ‘Salaar’ but later the makers of ‘Salaar’ postponed its release.
Prabhas fans abused me: Vivek
Now in an interview, Vivek explores the postponement of Salaar. He made fun of Prabhas as well as his fans. In an interview given to The New Indian Express, Vivek said that Prabhas’ fans have been abusing and trolling him a lot on social media.
Vivek is very confident about his film The Vaccine War.
Vivek said – no one should be underestimated
Vivek said in the interview, ‘Every film should have a chance and no one should be underestimated. The Vaccine War is a small film with no stars. We did it for 12.5 crores.
On the other hand, the film that will compete with us is Salaar, whose budget is Rs 300 crore. The fans of that film abused and trolled me.
He believes that The Vaccine War should not be released with Salaar. They used to say send him away…he shouldn’t have come…but look, someone else ran away.
It is clear from Vivek’s comment that he was referring to the postponement of the film Salaar. Actors like Nana Patekar, Anupam Kher and Raima Sen will be seen in The Vaccine War.
There is also discussion about the film Salaar which may release in December this year.
Climax of Salaar was re-shot
On the other hand, Salaar, which has been postponed continuously, may not release this year either. Earlier it had to be postponed due to pending VFX work, but now some parts of its climax are being shot again. Director Prashant Neel has reached Hyderabad with his team for this. Some shots of the movie will be re-shot there in a schedule of 10 days.
Apart from this, the 600 pending VFX shots of the film will also be worked on. In this situation, it seems difficult for the film to be released by the end of this year. Prashant will announce its release date after its final edit. Shruti Haasan will be seen opposite Prabhas in Salaar.
