The Department of Health of the Government of Navarra promotes the process of participatory evaluation of the strategy for the humanization of the public system of Navarra, for which it has organized meetings aimed at citizens and health professionals, in which concrete contributions can be made to the improvement. current care model. The humanization strategy was created in 2017 with a caring approach that takes people into account, both in the performance of professionals and the needs of citizens.
After these years affected by the COVID 19 pandemic, this participatory evaluation has been promoted, which will allow, in the final phase, to lay the foundation on which future actions can be developed and the active role of all the actors participating can be encouraged. The objective of this process is to promote the active role of all actors participating in various health care processes. The experiences, proposals and suggestions of users and those providing health services are very valuable and thus validate the participation of citizens in health policies.
The following activities have been arranged to collect contributions: a space has been set up on the Open Government Portal of the Government of Navarra for individual proposals, with participatory workshops being held between January 15 and February 15, 2023; And a focus group has been set up with the Technical Advisory Commission for the Humanization Strategy.
The next meetings aimed at citizens will take place this Wednesday, January 1, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Estella-Lizzara (Health Education Room, 3rd floor of the Health Center); Wednesday, February 8 in Roncal/Aroncari (Paseo Julian Guaray 5, General Assembly of the Roncal Valley); and on Wednesday, February 15 in Pamplona (c/Navarrería 39, INAP; Rooms Pedro Mayo 1 and 2 ground floor).
As far as the conferences aimed at professionals in the health sector are concerned, they will take place this Wednesday, February 1, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the García Orcoyan Hospital in Estella-Lizarra (Assembly Hall); and the following Wednesdays, February 8 and 15, at the Hospital Universitario de Navarra (Teaching Pavilion, Class 3) in Pamplona.
These meetings are in addition to the two held on 25 January in the capital of Ribera de Navarra, which were well received by both the public and the health workers of the Tudela Health Region.
It should be remembered that this evaluation process of the Humanization Strategy is promoted by the Technical Advisory Commission of the Strategy, composed of representatives from all sectors of the Navarre Public Health System: the Department of Health, the Navarre Health Service-Osasunbidía and the Institute of Public and Health of Labor Navarra.
