The prospect of the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A25 has attracted attention, because it is believed that the event will reveal a new 5G smartphone with decent specifications at a relatively low price. Now, a leaked blog aims to reveal exactly how cheap it will be, and how much RAM/storage a potential buyer can expect to get for their money.
The Galaxy A25 5G may launch at the lower end of Samsung’s new mid-range smartphone range, although it is believed to launch an Android 14-uI (running on an SoC) though. MySmartPrice claims to have unearthed actual screenshots and press material that corroborate this rumour.
The material may or may not also confirm the rumor that the next 5G smartphone will launch an AMOLED display although there are doubts whether it will be 90Hz or 120Hz. The A25’s FHD+ panel will be 6.5 inches diagonally, although it is thought to be more compact than that.
According to the latest Appuals article at https://appuals.com/galaxy-a25-leak/ on the subject, the A25 5G will start at ~300 euros (~ US$327) for the 6GB RAM/128GB internal storage base model, with a high-end 8GB/256GB SKU costing something closer to 400 euros (~ US$436). Either configuration is supported to launch with Bluetooth 5.3 following a recent official certification leak https://launchstudio.bluetooth.com/ListingDetails/198929.
