Samsung Food – The recently launched Samsung Food uses advanced AI technology to optimize the benefits users can get from Samsung apps, appliances and smart devices and thus was honored in the AI category. The app is powered by Samsung’s Food AI technology and works with Samsung SmartThings Cooking and Samsung Family Hub+ refrigerators. Featured features include personalized recipe recommendations based on the user’s dietary goals and activity level and access to multiple cooking communities where users can share recipes and tips.
Energy in SmartThings – recognized in the Smart Home category, SmartThings Energy allows users to have greater control over their carbon footprint and reduce their monthly energy bills. It offers AI Energy Mode, which monitors the energy use of connected appliances and automatically optimizes their operation to reduce consumption, and the new Carbon Intensity Awareness feature, which provides information on local production of energy and carbon energy. Filter Smaller Microfibra: Earnings recognition in the Sustainability category, the Less Microfibra filter is an external filter for washing machines that reduces the release of microfibers during wash cycles. Running a washing machine four times a week with a filter reduces the amount of microfibers equivalent to eight 500 ml plastic bottles a year(1). With built-in Wi-Fi, users can check filter status in the SmartThings app and even receive cleaning or replacement alerts.
Exynos Connect U100: Featured in the Integrated Technologies category, Samsung’s Exynos Connect U100 is an ultra-wideband (UWB) solution that provides high-precision location and distance information for mobile, automotive and IoT devices.
Using 3D time-of-arrival (ToA) and angle-of-arrival (AoA) measurements, the Exynos Connect U100 achieves single-digit centimeter accuracy and precision of less than five degrees. This makes it particularly suitable for tracking locations in challenging indoor environments, as well as for AR and VR applications that require accurate time tracking of people’s movements.

The weight of the bottle is 500㎖ (15.4 g) based on the Korean Ministry of Environment’s guidelines for plastic bottles.
