Ola, the country’s leading cab service provider, has recently launched their first electric scooter Ola S1 in the Indian market. Equipped with advanced features with attractive appearance and price, people have taken this scooter in hand. In a very short time, this scooter has registered great bookings. Now the CEO of the company Bhavish Agarwal has shared a video of making this scooter.

Ola Electric has announced that female employees at the Ola Future Factory store are increasing production of the Ola S1 scooter before delivery. Bhavish Agarwal posted a video of scooter making on his Twitter, saying, “Scooter production is at its peak now. Women in our Future factory are increasing production fast!”

Recently, Ola CEO Agarwal announced the launch of the company’s first hypercharger. This time, he also shared a picture of the Ola S1 electric scooter charged on Ola Electric’s first hypercharger on Twitter. The company aims to install more than 1 lakh charging points under its hypercharger network in 400 cities in India. Ola claims that the charging points will provide a range of 75 kilometers with 18 minutes of charging.

Recently, the company started booking this scooter at the time of launch and in the first phase, the scooters received a great response. The company will start booking this scooter again from November 1. You can book this scooter for just Rs 499 and it is a refundable amount.

The Ola S1 is priced at just Rs 85,099 and the S1 Pro variant is priced at Rs 1.10 lakh. These prices are in accordance with Delhi and include subsidies given by the state. The company has given this scooter an artificial sound system, so that you can change the sound of the scooter according to your mood. On this scooter, the company has given 4G connectivity system, so that it is always connected to the internet.

Battery and driving range:

On the Ola electric scooter, the company has given a battery pack of 3.9 kWh capacity and its electric motor generates 8.5 kW of peak power. The company claims that its battery will be fully charged in about 6 hours with a 750W capacity portable charger. In addition, the battery can be charged up to 50% in just 18 minutes with the company’s supercharger.

The company claims that this electric scooter gives a driving range of 180 to 190 kilometers once fully charged. Not only that, this scooter is capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 kilometers per hour in just 3 seconds. Its maximum speed is 115 kilometers per hour. It has three different driving modes, including Normal, Sport and Hyper.
