Shah Rukh Khan posts rare selfie thanking everyone for celebrating his 30 years in Bollywood; Fan called it ‘Don Look’

A day after celebrating 30 years in the Hindi film industry, actor Shah Rukh Khan on Sunday posted a rare selfie. Taking to Instagram, Shah Rukh also thanked his fans for celebrating the occasion with a ‘cake and all things good’. The actor, however, said that the best way for him to celebrate is by working round the clock.

In the mirror selfie, Shah Rukh was seen sitting on a chair and looking at the mirror. The actor wore a white shirt, black jacket and tied a red white tie around his neck. She also sported a clean shaven look and accessorised it with the watch. Shah Rukh was sitting inside his vanity van as several cosmetic products were seen around him.

Sharing the photo, Shah Rukh captioned the post, “Thank you all for celebrating my 30 years with cakes and edicts and everything. For me, the best way to celebrate is to create more entertainment today.” Work round the clock for you. Love you all.” Actor Shardul Pandit commented, “Can’t wait to go back to the theater to watch a #sharukhkhanfilm.”

Fans also showered love on him and praised his comeback films. One fan wrote, ‘Remember the first installment of Don, this is Don look. Some other fans speculated that it was her look from Dinky. One Instagram user commented, “Thank you for posting. You are seriously the best of your fans.”

Shah Rukh also thanked his fans for celebrating the occasion with ‘Cake and all things good’.

The post comes a day after Shah Rukh conducted his first Instagram Live. On Saturday, Shah Rukh spoke about his journey to stardom, which began with a desire to act in five-seven films, if not many. “Looks like I started working yesterday. I never thought I would be there for 30 years. I came to Mumbai hoping that I would be able to work for a year or two and do 5-7 films. Always thought I would get a job. Be it in media or do anything related to films, be it set up lighting or sound assistant. Working on other people’s sets in Mumbai.”

Shahrukh made his acting debut with the television shows Fauji Aur Circus. She made her Bollywood debut in 1992 with Deewana opposite late actors Divya Bharti and Rishi Kapoor. Before experimenting with gray characters in films like Baazigar, Darr and Anjaam, he played the role of a friendly boy in Karisma, Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman and Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na.

She returned to romance with Aditya Chopra’s iconic film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, which established her as one of the top stars in the country. His other blockbuster movies are Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Devdas, Swades, Chak De India Main Hoon Na My Name is Khan and Chennai Express.

Shah Rukh was last seen in Zero (2018) alongside Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. Announcing his return to films, Shah Rukh has so far revealed that he has three films in the pipeline.

The actor will be seen in Siddharth Anand’s Pathan alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. He also has Jawan which will release on June 2, 2023 in five languages ​​- Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. Shah Rukh also has Rajkumar Hirani’s Dinki alongside Taapsee Pannu.
