Spacecraft shows a giant icy volcano on Pluto

Florida – A solar tsunami erupted on July 21, 2022, resulting in sun storm A Full-Halo That Throws Plasma As Well As Particles Sunday Others on Earth’s path. While usually a coronal mass ejection (CME) is not directed at Earth, it is therefore safe for those in the vicinity.

A coronal mass ejection (CME) is a specific type of solar storm that typically develops in the most active regions of the Sun, where the magnetic field is particularly strong. The Sun ejects huge clumps of plasma when its twisted or curved magnetic field lines suddenly rearrange themselves.

Quoted from the Natureworldnews page, Saturday (23/7/2022) by SINDOnews, a larger and faster CME could be traveling at 4.5 million mph. Material emanating from the Sun in a CME can include billions of tons of particles in the Sun’s atmosphere as well as an embedded magnetic field.

They appear to glow around the Sun, like a halo in a coronagraph image, giving the storm a name full-halo.

Well, the eruption of the solar tsunami on July 21, 2022 produced a full-halo CMS, which is expected to collide with Earth’s magnetic field. According to NOAA, the densest part of the CME storm cloud is expected to hit Earth on July 23, 2022, at around 4 a.m.

Data from NOAA indicate that the resulting geomagnetic storm in Earth’s magnetosphere is most likely Class G1 to Class G2 or mild to moderate. Although there is still a chance, the storm may progress to category G3, which is a stronger storm.

Solar storms range in strength from G1 to G5, with G5 being the strongest. Strong storms are very rare compared to G1 hurricanes, which are quite common. Mike Hapgood, principal advisor for space weather at STFC’s Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, said the G1 storm did not cause any major problems.

Hurricane G5 can do a lot of damage. However, the last G5 was held in October 2003. CMEs can cause power grid fluctuations, disrupt satellite operations, and change the behavior of migrating animals as they collide with Earth’s atmosphere and disrupt the magnetic field.
