A great football game and the possibility of Taylor Swift at Arrowhead Stadium will have an impact on ticket prices for the Chiefs-Eagles game.
StubHub confirmed that buzz helped make Monday night’s game the best-selling game of the Chiefs season to date.
It’s also the game with the most expensive ticket price of all NFL games this week.
“The Chiefs’ upcoming Monday home game is their best-selling game of the season,” said a StubHub spokesperson. “We know that Taylor Swift has had an incredible impact on Chiefs marketing, including a 3x increase in sales for this matchup after her first appearance. Combining that draw – driven by a rumored appearance – with a Monday night game, with a Super Bowl rematch, we had the best-selling NFL game of the weekend, outselling the Cowboys-Panthers in 20%
This was the Chiefs’ best sellout since the Chicago Bears game on Sept. 24, according to StubHub.
Entertainment Tonight reports that Swift may be in the crowd and may introduce her family to Travis Kelce’s family.
