A Subway employee was murdered in front of her five-year-old son.

A subway employee in the United States was recently shot dead in front of her son on Sunday after an argument with a customer about “too much mayonnaise on his sandwich.”

According to Fox NewsPolice said the incident took place downtown at the Atlanta gas station. After the incident, another worker was also admitted to the hospital with injuries. The owner of Subway said that the reason for the firing was minor – a customer was crazy about mayo.

“Believe it or not, it was about too much mayonnaise on his sandwich,” said owner Willie Glenn, “he decided to escalate the situation and from there, that’s when all hell broke loose.”

Police said the customer shot two employees, killing a 26-year-old woman and taking another 24-year-old woman for an operation in critical condition. According to the outlet, the police have arrested a 36-year-old man.

The Atlanta police deputy said, “It was very ridiculous. The suspect came inside the restaurant to order a sandwich and there was something wrong with the sandwich that he was so upset that he decided to vent his anger on the two employees here.” ” Chief Charles Hampton Jr. said.

Separately, Mr. Glenn reported that the employee who was killed had his five-year-old son in the store at the time. He also said that an on-duty manager fired at the suspect, but missed. The restaurant owner said the two employees who were shot had worked at the restaurant for three or four weeks.

Police did not reveal the name of the person arrested or the woman killed.
