Surrealist Metaverse World Comes Back to Notorious Big Life in ‘The Brook’

Biggie Smalls’ “Life After Death” Will Be In The Metaverse.

To honor what would have been Biggie’s 50th birthday, the late rapper’s estate together Burst LiveCreating a virtual new world called . is called “The Brooke Metaverse,” Which transports users back to old school Brooklyn in the 1990s.

Hip-hop enthusiasts will have the chance to experience the cultural roots of the Brooklyn rapper’s music, watch virtual concerts, traverse the digital environment, purchase virtual real estate and purchase the exclusive Big Collector NFT (Fungible Token).

In March, the Christopher Wallace Estate announced the first official Biggie NFT collection in partnership with Web3 company OneOff.

Users can participate in the new territory by creating accounts through The Brook website to unlock access to the world on their desktop or mobile devices.

Big VIP Tokens will be available on June 3rd and will provide early access to the Metaverse as well as notable content drops.

Realistic Worlds is also expected to drop Activision later this fall that will require a VR headset.

Activision, which will feature a surrealist version of the legendary songwriter, will give fans a chance to step into Biggie’s world.

The much-anticipated life-like model of Biggie was developed using the rapper’s images and videos.

Project development is led by Hyperreal CEO VFX Director Remington Scott, who has been praised for his detailed work on Gollum in the “The Lord of the Rings” and “Spider-Man” franchises, along with Elliot Osagi of Villing Inc.

The world is created on the Burst Live platform through Burst Live Inc., an award-winning Metaverse studio that will produce the content to be featured at The Brook. Unreal Events is taking the reins of virtual platform development, maintenance, and hosting.

The “Big Poppa” rapper’s assets are also being represented by WME, the world’s longest-running talent agency, which will supply support for the Metaverse project.

On Saturday, the icon’s mother, Voletta Wallace, celebrated her son’s posthumous birthday on Instagram and unveiled the year-long project.

“I am humbled and very excited to share what we have been working on for 2 years, which is now ready for Biggie fans new and old to enjoy. Today we are at The Brooke Metaverse with my son Christopher brings to the world the surrealistic avatar of K. I am sure you will love it as much as I do.
