Temps Remain Below Average. Light Rain Monday Night

We will still see some clouds in our skies Sunday. Highs remain below average and comfortably around 80 degrees. A little more of an onshore breeze picked up. Monday a weather system from the north coast. Gusty winds will result in the northern end of the valley and Sierra. A line of rain will move into the Redding to Mendocino coast in the afternoon. During the evening into early Tuesday morning this line will weaken as it pushes into our area. The best chance for light measurable rain is I-80 and north and we’re talking about a hundredth of an inch of rain. The north coast could see an inch or more. Clouds ease into Tuesday with temperatures warming back to the low to mid 80s midweek.
