The first solarium The one we visited was Che Chá, a place located on Avenida 28 de Julio that offers a varied menu with cocktails and appetizers. it has a large terrace that is located outside the premises and with balconies that open onto the streets, so you can have a nice view and try some dishes and cocktails at the same time.

For our visit we tried the shrimp shells, the Che Chá caprese and the inevitable fish tartar. We accompany these appetizers with an Aperol Spritz, the best refreshing drink to enjoy this summer. In addition, they have non-alcoholic drinks, such as juices and smoothies.

Something that we can use during our visit is to stop at the Ché Chá Station, where we can buy some products and take them home directly.

We continue our visiting tour solarium from the Pullman Hotel: Amber. This terrace is located in Miraflores and has a view of the country, as well as a spacious and airy environment. During our visit, we tried some monaditos in brioche bread, and some chabucos croquettes, which were stuffed with meat. To accompany the appetizers we tried the Campari Spritz, another fresh cocktail that pairs very well with the dish.

For those who want to experiment, the place has a wide menu with cocktails from rum, pisco, pedica or tequila; to taste the best of this city’s climate.

We ended our tour and ended up at the Iberostar Hotel in Miraflores where we were greeted solarium 27 Tapas, this place charms many visitors for the beautiful view it has, where the sunset is the best time to take a picture next to the pool.

As appetizers we tried the duck tartare sitting on the patacones, a case of two colors filled with shellfish oils and the ceviche which was an experience to try. These classic Negroni dishes are prepared with Gin, Campari and red vermouth.

In its menu we can try from fish-based to pancakes made with different ingredients such as tuna. Without a doubt a palatable experience.

What I like most about this place is the atmosphere, which before sunset has a dj that starts to create the perfect atmosphere to try and spend a good evening with your partner or friends.
