“Texas Wild”, celebrates 100 years of the Texas state parks network

As part of the celebration of 100 years of Texas State Parks, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation, in partnership with Rambler Sparkling Water Presented “Texas Wild” , an album where musicians from Texas pay tribute to classic melodies from the Lone Star state that reflect the state’s indomitable spirit. “Texas Wild” mixes the sounds of traditional Texas genres like blues, cumbia, and country with modern sounds like hip-hop, R&B, and electronica to be released on September 29.

Participating in this “Texas Wild” project are artists such as Ryan Bingham, Texas Gentlemen, Shane Smith and The Saints, The Suffers, or Ray Wylie Hubbard among others, to do the classics Sir Douglas Quintet, Townes Van Zandt, Selene, Willie Nelson or Lyle Lovett among others.
