According to judicial sources, the criminal organization Train de Aragua launched a series of threats against poultry producers based in Guarico.
According to a complaint filed, among the victims is Juan German, the owner of Agropecuria Los Tres Robles, located in Parapara, Guarico, municipality of San Juan de los Morros.
The calls that have been made to the plaintiff come from the Aragua Penitentiary Center located in Tocorón, where the main leaders of the aforesaid organization are kept.
In fact, the hitman from that prison offered to carry out the assassination of Carlos Lanz, the attorney general, Tarek William Saab, reported in July 2022.
In various messages and calls made to the owners of Los Tres Robles, the criminals tell them to “calm down”, to “leave it at that”.
The threat comes in the midst of a civil lawsuit against these poultry entrepreneurs seeking to obtain compensation for alleged damages caused to Los Tres Robles, which was leased to Granjas La Caridad CA on 4/28/17.
The lawsuit was declared valid in Guarico’s agricultural courts, which ordered Los Tres Robles to pay $3,317,939.23 “for physical damage caused by the lessee to the shed held as lease.”
This decision was ratified by the Social Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, according to sentence 316 of 12/16/22, drawn up by Magistrate Edgar Gavidia Rodríguez.
The cancellation of that sentence was requested by Granjas La Caridad before the Constitutional Chamber of the country’s Supreme Court, where he tasked its president, Gladys Gutiérrez, with preparing a draft sentence.
