Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, have invited an official to the coronation of Charles III, but the couple has not yet confirmed whether they will attend, a spokesman for the Duke told CNN.
“I can confirm that the leader recently received an email from His Majesty’s (Charles III) coronation office about the coronation,” said a spokesman, who did not identify the television network.
But “at this time we will not declare an immediate decision whether the Duke and Duchess will be present; he added to the matter.
Charles III and his wife, Queen Camilla, will be crowned in London on May 6th, in Westminster Abbey, in events that will last three days with celebrations throughout the country.
After the publication of the controversial comment of the prince’s youngest son and the unfortunate Lady Diana, rumors spread that Enrique and his wife would be invited to the royal event.
According to UK media, Enrique, who is now maintaining a temporary relationship with his family, shared with his father’s representatives, he attended the coronation ceremony in May.
So far he has not named the palace, which members of the family will appear during the coronation ceremony: a procession from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Abbey, and on the balcony of the palace at the end of the day next to the king and queen couple.
