Luxury SUV Tata Safari is once again making a comeback in the Indian market. Recently, the company has launched this SUV and now its official booking is starting from today, for which you just need to deposit a booking amount of Rs 30,000. The company will put it up for sale on January 22 and its delivery will start at the same time.
In the new Tata Safari, the company has many cutting-edge features and technology that differentiate it from other models in this segment. The SUV is powered by a 2.0-liter Cryotech turbo diesel engine that produces 170 hp. It features a 6-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The company may launch it in the future with a four wheel drive system.

The Legend SUV is also being touted as a 7-seater version of the Tata Harrier. But in size, it is approximately 63mm longer and 80mm longer and 72mm wider than the Harrier. However, its wheelbase is similar to the Harrier’s 2,741mm. It is 4,661 mm long, 1,894 mm wide and 1,786 mm high. This SUV has a ground clearance of 200mm.
The SUV features special features such as an 8.8-inch floating infotainment system, a 7-inch instrument panel, JBL’s powerful speakers, and a panoramic sunroof. Like other features, it also comes in various variants like Ambient Lighting, Xenon HID Projector Head Lamp, USB Charger, Subwoofer, Electronic Parking Brakes, Automatic Vehicle Hold.
How is the price: Although it is difficult to say anything about the new Tata Safari price before launch, experts expect the company to launch it between Rs 15 lakh and Rs 20 lakh. Once in the market, this SUV will mainly compete with the models like Kia Celtos and NG Hector.
