The healthy snack recipe that’s viral on TikTok and tastes amazing

Keep a few things in mind beforehand:

  • You can use normal pasta, whole wheat pasta or lentil pasta or whatever you like best. Do what you want and what makes you happy.

  • 25 gr pasta (helysis)
  • Salt
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • sweet paprika
  • Virgin olive oil


Put a saucepan with water and a little salt on the fire. When it starts boiling, add the pasta and let it cook for the time specified on the package so that it becomes al dente. This point is important, pasta should be al dente. Once it is cooked, take it out in a sieve and run it under cold water for a moment to cut down on the cooking.

Place pasta on a cutting board and cut. It should not be cut too short. Depending on the pasta you choose, you can cut it in half and it will be perfect.

In a container you put a jet of olive oil, (it’s a little by eye but more or less) a spoonful of garlic, onion powder and sweet paprika. Mix it together.

Add the pasta to the mixture and mix well with a light hand, so that all the pasta is coated well with the spice mixture.

If you’re going to do this in the oven, it needs to be 200º, top and bottom, with ventilation for the next step. Spread the pasta on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake at 200º for about 7 minutes.

Then you let it cool down and eat this snack.
