There is a new owner in a RiNo office building that was completed last year with no tenants.

Ag Gall Point Capital Partners said Thursday it and Farlan Capital have paid. .50.5 million for The Hub North, an eight-story office building in 600 Blake St.

The building is about 111,000 square feet, the contract is worth about 5 365 a square foot.

According to Ag Gall Point, the building has about 102,500 square feet of office space and about 8,500 square feet of ground floor retail space.

“Currently there are no tenants, however, we are engaged in multiple conversations with potential retailers and office tenants,” the company said in a statement. “We are excited about the interest we are getting from the market, and we are extremely confident that we will lease the building to a great mix of tenants.”

The building already has an outdoor roof, and Josh Hatfield, co-founder of Aggall Point, said in a statement that the company “plans to create additional tenant-dedicated outdoor spaces for selected floors” because “we know health and safety as a company and their employees return to office.” .

Hub North was completed last year by Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners, which also built The Hub Building attached to 3601 Walnut St. That building housed Angie (formerly Angie’s List and Home Advisor) and EverCommerce’s headquarters, both publicly traded entities. WeWork also had a location in the building, but it closed with others earlier this year.
