The CMPT I clinic in Santa Rita, located in the municipality of Miranda (Coro) in the state of Falcón, was handed over to the community by Mayor Henry Hernández with new conditions for the care of more than five thousand residents of the sector and surrounding areas.
During a visit to Sabaneta Parish, located to the west of Coro Municipality, the municipal authority specified that after at least 60 days of continuous work they managed to reactivate primary medical care.
Among the works carried out, he specified that the repair of cracks, replacement of lighting fixtures, deep cleaning of floors, optimization of ceilings, air conditioning and painting in general.
“In this action agenda we work to strengthen public services, including providing medicines to outpatient clinics so that workers in the wider community health sector can do their jobs as well as possible,” he said.
During the delivery, the Ministry of Social Care organized a day of medical assistance in specialties such as general medicine, pediatrics, as well as the appointment of vaccines for the review and evaluation of free residents.
The Social Secretary, Luis Gerardo Chávez, explained that this activity also received the support of the Somos Venezuela team to update the data of the Patria system and unblock users with problems from receiving social bonuses.
“Similarly, we distribute baskets, surgical supplies and medicines to patients with diabetes and hypertension, who have been recruited by brigade members and community leaders,” Chavez said.

The Territorial Liaison, Ernesto Valle, expressed his satisfaction at the improvement of Type 1 ambulances in Santa Rita de Coro, as well as the provision of medical supplies.

In order to strengthen the protection of vulnerable populations, the municipal management provided social assistance in Monseñor Iturriza Urbanization in Coro.
