Herlinda Bobadilla will know her sentence this Tuesday in the United States, after pleading guilty to drug trafficking.

Herlinda Ramos Bobadilla was directly involved in the two murders, according to federal documents released by the Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
“He directed and practiced many crimes with his conspirators, including murder, in progress in the conspiracy,” the brief states.
in the plea agreement; Herlinda Ramos confessed that he, along with his son Noah Montes Bobadilla, had ordered and directed the massacre of a Honduran resident in Virginia because he believed he was a U.S. government official.
“The accused played a fundamental role in the murder of Miriam Yolanda Canales Ramos, a relative of the accused, in June 2013,” the report states.
“The day before the massacre, the Montes guerrillas lost track of Mrs. Canales Ramos’ car at a checkpoint in Tocoa, and the accused Devis Leonel Rivera Maradiaga, the leader of Los Cachiros- was contacted to ask for his help. Mrs. Canales Ramos,” the document states.
With the help of Los Cachiros, the assassins located Canales Ramos in a beauty salon in Tocoa, where they sent her to her death.
In addition, Herlinda Montes and her accomplices also contributed to the assassination of Iulián Aristides General González, head of the Honduran anti-drug agency, in December 2009.
“Before the assassination, several drug trafficking organizations conspired to kill General Arístide González because he had taken steps to disrupt his cocaine business,” the investigation reveals.
Mountain Bobadilla claims to be one of the drug trafficking organizations that helped finance the killings.
It was Noé Montes who paid his share of the financing for the nefarious crime of Devis Leonel Rivera, but Herlinda Bobadilla, his mother, decided to participate in the killing of the drug czar.
