At the end of a trial conducted by the Federal Oral Court 3 (TOF 3), Brandon Bay, one of the most feared robbers in Greater Rosario, was sentenced to 12 years in prison as an organizer of drug trafficking. Meanwhile his mother, Erica Altamirano, received a combined sentence of 16 years. Some gang members will serve sentences for being considered secondary participants in the criminal organization that emerged in the Fuerte Apache complex and the Tiro Suizo neighborhood in southern Rosario that later expanded, with blood and fire, through the road to Villa Gobernador Gálvez and San Lawrence. The investigation that ended with the final conviction of Brandon and his mother, reached its peak on December 13, 2021 when members of the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC) conducted a series of raids ordered by the prosecutor of Pablo Shootings units.
