In a statement, he pointed out that after visits to Tacna, Tumbes, Lambayeque, Ica, Loreto, Áncash and Moquegua, “we have noticed the lack of these resources in the pharmacies of health facilities, a situation that occurs in various places in repeated.” the country. “Country, according to reports from our deans.”
He also pointed out that the National Center for the Deployment of Strategic Health Resources (Cenares), which is responsible for the programming, acquisition and distribution of strategic health resources, is responsible for providing timely and adequate attention to the public services network population ; However, “we understand that it does not fully fulfill its function.”
“So far this year at Cenares there have been five changes in management and executive directorates that make stable and efficient leadership impossible, and this will become all the more acute if the professional profiles of the elected managers are not adapted to the urgent needs .to address this problem to solve,” he added.
“This scenario is even more acute when analyzing the use of financial resources in high-impact budgetary programs such as cancer prevention and control (39.2%) and mental health prevention (16.8%), reflecting a dramatic situation in which there is a lack of treatments “a lack that comes with high costs for the most vulnerable Peruvians,” he said.
The establishment requested a meeting with Health Minister César Vásquez Sánchez with the aim of working together to resolve the problem revealed.
