The country’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer TVS Motors is soon preparing to launch a new avatar of its famous scooter TVS Jupiter in the domestic market. The company has also released a new teaser of this new scooter today. According to the information, this scooter will be launched on 7th October.
Looking at the teaser, it can be said that the company has given LED daytime running lights in the new TVS Jupiter. Many information about this scooter is being shared in media reports. It is reported that the company will give a completely new look and design to the new Jupiter 125. However, you can get to see some components in it from the current model as well. The company can give a simple look to the new scooter instead of sporty, which is very much in trend today. This has also been seen in the design of some recently introduced electric scooters.
As far as features are concerned, it is expected that this scooter can be given telescopic fork suspension at the front and swingarm mounted monoshock at the rear with LED headlight and taillight. Apart from this, drum brakes with alloy wheels, tubeless tyres will be given as standard. Analog speedometer and digital display can also be given in the instrument cluster.
In the new Jupiter 125, the company can provide bigger under-seat storage, which can keep two open face helmets and other accessories. For this, a change in the position of the fuel tank can be seen. In this scooter, the company will use an air-cooled engine of 124.8cc capacity, which is given in Ntorq 125. This engine generates power of 10.2 PS and torque of 10.8 Nm.
What will be the price:
However, it is difficult to say anything about the price of the new Jupiter 125 before the launch. But it is believed that with the new update, its price may be slightly higher than the current model. The current model is priced between Rs 65,673 to Rs 75,773. This scooter will be launched on 7th October.
