Gadar 2 Sunny Deol Disease: The superstar has a disease since birth, due to which he cannot study. New Delhi: Even at the age of 65, there is no comparison to Sunny Deol’s acting and dialogue delivery. He made ‘Gadar 2’ a blockbuster with his brilliant acting. The superstar revealed in an interview that he struggled with a disease called dyslexia since childhood, due to which he could never read film scripts.

Sunny Deol said in an interview with Ranveer Allahabadia that his dialogues and scenes are often narrated to him. He said, ‘I used to get spanked for bad grades, because at the time nobody knew what dyslexia was.’ Because of the disease, he is afraid to give a public speech, because he has to read from a teleprompter, which is very difficult for him.

When Sunny Deol was asked about his illness in ‘Aapki Adalat’, he said, ‘I never read the scripts, because I can’t read. I didn’t read any dialogue. I feel them and speak expressing my feelings. If the director gives the script, I don’t read it. I asked them to explain what they wanted me to call. Then I said that dialogue in my own style. (Image courtesy: Instagram@nawajshekh)

Sunny further explained his point and said, ‘When I listen to the dialogue, it is easier for me to read. This way I can understand the words better.

Sunny Deol said at the end, ‘Actually, the dialogue should be spoken in such a way that it conveys the point, not the dialogue.’ The superstar is currently enjoying the success of ‘Gadar 2’ which released on August 11.
