The transformation of justice is underway: TSJ Presiding Magistrate Luis Jorge Gamboa

The Presiding Magistrate of the Superior Court of Justice (TSJ) and the Board of Administration, Surveillance and Board said, “The transformation of justice in Morelos is underway with the conviction of a permanent search for absolute justice and being sensitive to current social events. ” Discipline of the Judiciary of the State of Morelos, Luis Jorge Gamboa Olia, while presenting on this day, in the framework of the Extraordinary Public Session of the Solemn Plenary, its first annual report of activities, corresponding to the period 2022-2023.

Addressing a message at the plenary session of the TSJ, site of the first annual report of activities, Gamboa Olia thanked his counterparts, the magistrates, for their support in this first year at the helm of the TSJ; Similarly, to those who have been entrusted with the honorable task of performing the role of judges, he asked them to maintain the utmost spirit of service, which should be manifested in transparency, unquestionable honesty and absolute independence in decision-making.

For the holders of executive and legislative powers, the representative of the Judiciary publicly thanked them for the support given to the Superior Court of Justice to strengthen justice in Morelos.

In the current administration and for the first time in the Superior Court of Justice, the Strategic Development Plan 2022-2024 was released, which includes seven lines of action: autonomy and institutionalization of the judiciary; high standards of professionalism; administrative modernization; human development as a central factor; efficient, effective, transparent and open judiciary; Communicating and disseminating and obtaining resources as an institutional policy.

Before concluding his speech, the presiding magistrate reiterated his commitment to continue defending the future of the Superior Court of Justice in Morelos.

“… in this second year of management, we will continue to promote speedy and prompt justice of excellence to the citizens, we will work for a stronger and more prepared judiciary, to provide quality care to the population and other efficient co-ordination with the powers. in our state”, he highlighted.

At the legal forum, lawyers and litigants, society, representative of the judiciary called upon him to be a part of this new phase in which, as public servants, “with self-criticism and humility, we will always be open to listening serve them, and with the aim of being in constant improvement so that for Morelos the administration of justice in Mexico and Latin America remains a reference”.

Judge Gamboa Olia was accompanied by the Presidents of the Superior Courts of Hidalgo, Tlaxcala, Tamaulipas, Guerrero and Mexico City with the presentation of their first annual activity report, which was chaired by Rafael Guerra Álvarez, President of the National Commission of Superior Courts of Justice.
