So the years pass and age does not slow down. David Summers, 59, made a confession that stunned more than one person. After four decades, the musician shows himself to the teleprompter, delighting his fans with his songs. “I never got tired of it in my life… I remembered all my lyrics, but I had anxiety and now I have to use it,” he admits. “I don’t watch the whole show, but it calms me down so I take it in case I’m crazy…,” he admits, admitting that his age is taking its toll on everyone. “Let’s see if you feel more tired, before eleven concerts in a row … In August 86 we did 28 and you finished and we walked…”. Now “these days are a burden of discomfort and awareness,” says Rafa Gutérrez, 63

Javi Molina, at 58, indicates that although he suffers from some infirmities, the rhythm does not stop him. “Both knees, and hips, and both shoulders are weakened by osteoarthritis, but I still do somersaults,” he says with a smile. You love childhood friends who formed a band to have fun and of course they have changed a lot, but they keep the essence and the same idea: music is their passion. On a personal level, David Summers has been in a romantic relationship for more than four years with Christine Cambeiro, an English teacher with whom he fell in love, years after he separated from Marta Madruga, his longtime girlfriend. He married her in 1992 and had two twin children, Daniel and Lucia. The boy followed his footsteps in music, while Lucy is a veterinary nurse.
Rafa Gutiérrez admitted in an interview in 2021 with Yordi Rosado that he would choose between Hombres G and his wife. He was the first to marry and the first to divorce. “I was 25 years old and it was the first or second tour we did. I remember I got married in 1985 and four days later we played in Zaragoza. We didn’t see the other one,” he explains. “As far as he was concerned, we were married for a year and we didn’t see each other and he lost the magic and everything. And he gave me a choice,” he explained to her.
