The Judiciary of Veracruz confirmed the sentence of 3 years and 4 months of imprisonment in the Youth Integration Center to the young adult Erick FR for his participation in the qualified homicide of the National Guard officers Guadalupe Teodocio Jiménez and Juan Manuel Perez Rincón.
The crime happened on January 30, 2020 at the garbage dump in the town of Los Carriles, in the town of Cotaxtla.
Elements of the State Attorney General’s Office detained Erick FR in March 2020, reporting that he was 17 years old at the time of the events. Alonso “N” was arrested with him, and is subject to criminal proceedings.

Erick FR was sentenced by the special court for Youth in Veracruz and his verdict was confirmed by the Juvenile Responsibility Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice.
According to the file, the events arose when elements of the National Guard, through Facebook, contacted the prisoners, offering a pistol for sale.
Officer Guadalupe Teodocio Jiménez went with his partner Juan Manuel Pérez in a private Tsuru brand car owned by a family member.
On his part, Erick was accompanied by Alonso “N” and to test the weapon, the four of them went to the municipal garbage dump.
At the scene, the two officers allegedly made the youths board Tsuru’s car and warned them that they were under arrest. They occupied the places of pilot and co-pilot, while Alonso “N” and the minor were in the back.
However, Erick allegedly brought another revolver-type weapon and shot the police in the head. Moreover, when they brought them down and took off their shirts with the logos of the security forces, they were shot again to confirm that they were dead.
After shooting the elements, Erick and Alonso left in the Tsuru car to the community of Tamarindo, where they took a motorcycle and left a road in the town of Soledad de Doblado, where they left the car.
On March 19, 2020, ministerial elements arrested Alonso “N” and Erick, who seized an Italian brand motorcycle, as well as a backpack containing marijuana, cocaine and a special 38 caliber revolver type weapon, supplied with 6 cartridges.
