According to the information, Maruti Celerio can be launched in the market on the occasion of the festive season this year. This car has been spotted during testing on several different occasions. This car is completely ready for launch. The company has made many major changes in the new Celerio which make it better than the current model. So let’s know about these upcoming affordable cars-

How is the new Maruti Celerio:

The company has given slim front grilles with rounded triangular headlamps in this car. The front has a black cladding that covers the fog lamps as well as the air dam. Talking about the side profile, new door handles have also been included in it along with blacked out alloy wheels. At the rear, a new design taillamp and bumper have been given.

Maruti Suzuki will also arrange for better safety in this car. It will get features like Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Rear Parking Camera (in the top model), Dual Front Airbags, Rear Parking Sensors, Speed ​​Alert System, Seat Belt Pretensioner etc. It can be given a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system (Android Auto and Apple Car Play connectivity support), automatic climate control, power windows, power out side rear view mirrors (ORVM’s).

This car will be available with two petrol engine options. One variant will be given a 1.0-litre petrol engine, which generates 68 PS of power and 90 Nm of torque. On the other hand, the second variant will come with a 1.2 liter petrol engine, which generates 83 PS of power and 113 Nm of torque. Both the engines come mated to a 5-speed manual and automatic gearbox.

Hyundai Casper:

Hyundai has recently unveiled this micro SUV. This is the smallest SUV in the company’s global portfolio, which will be launched in the Indian market after the South Korean market. There is news that the company may introduce it under another name in the Indian market, which Hyundai does with many of its models.

The company has given this micro SUV a boxy design, which completely defines the name of this car. According to the company’s traditional cars, split LED headlamps, LED daytime running lights, circular headlamps in its front make the front look of this car even more attractive. Talking about the side profile, it gets squared off wheel arch with roof rails and stylis dual-tone alloy wheels.

The Casper will be powered by two petrol engines with a capacity of 1.0 litre. One of which will be naturally aspirated and the other will be a turbo engine. The naturally aspirated engine will come with 76hp power and 4 speed automatic gearbox while the turbo engine will generate 100hp power and will also be offered with a 4 speed transmission gearbox. The same engine has also been used in the Hyundai Venue. Its price can be kept below Rs 5 lakh. However, no official announcement has been made about the introduction of this car in the Indian market yet.
