The National Anti-Corruption Police issued a statement.
The National Anti-Corruption Police has confirmed that it has been detected in the Corporación Venezolana de Guayana (CVG) building for possible acts of corruption, through the publication of a statement.
The letter was read on television in Venezolana, which indicated that as part of the second phase of the operation “Caiga quien caiga”, they asked the Public Ministry for “judicial prosecution of officials and businessmen who violated the sacred oath of honesty. and ethics could be involved in serious acts of corruption and administrative embezzlement.”
This is an “openly offensive action against the heritage of the nation and the sacred things of the Venezuelan people,” they added.
The operation was carried out after the statements “a criminal gang is accused”, they explained, referring to the confessions of officials and businessmen who were arrested last week for objects of corruption.
The names of the people arrested have not been released.
“So we are very willing to comply with and prosecute base crimes against the state. We will not desist from the duty of attacking the scourge of corruption and punishing those who commit these crimes, whoever is responsible.
