Monterrey.- Samuel García, Governor of Nuevo León, gave a speech 250 ecological trucks to the state, which, as he assured, will benefit more than a million citizens
During the event in San Pedro Garza Garcia The President pointed out that with these new units and the 750 already in circulation, there are already a thousand ecological trucks.
“Today we already have a thousand new ecological trucks, here there are 250, but they are also already in the city, which offer air conditioning, internet, panic button, camera connection to the state and municipal C4 and C5, with one low step for the disabled,” García explained.
The governor explained that there will also be an application that will allow urban transport users to monitor what time the truck routes run and whether people have to wait so long in hot or cold weather, as the case may be.
He also assured that the state will have 2,200 new public transport vehicles including the Transmetro in December.
Where are the trucks going?
According to Governor Samuel García, these trucks will benefit 11 municipalities in the state, including: Apodaca, Escobedo, García, Guadalupe, Juárez, Monterrey, Salinas Victoria, San Nicolás, San Pedro, Santa Catarina and Pesquería.
The units will be integrated into eight routes, of which route 213 will accommodate the operations of the Soriana Sendero-Capellanía, Soriana Sendero-Quinta Colonial and Soriana Sendero-Cosmópolis branches.
Route 138 is served by the García Ruiz Cortines-Centro branch; Route 1 Pilares-Bus Central; 107 goes to sector 6 Minas via Icamole and 185 to sector 1 Valle Real.
Route 527 will have the Santa María-Apodaca and Anzures-Santa Isabel-Apodaca interchanges; 223 goes to Huertos y Huertos-Portal de Juárez and finally 214 covers Terranova and Vistas del Río.
