One of them, he said, is the controversy created after the pronouncement of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights regarding the action of the Congress on the autonomous constitutional bodies of the country such as the National Board of Justice and National Elections Jury.
Likewise, he maintained that the president should also outline Peru’s position on climate change and the investigations into the deaths that occurred during social protests, to signal that there is a desire to clarify- well these events and with impunity.
The internationalist maintains that the clarification of these three issues will allow open the door for greater investment in the countrybecause it does not come if the destination country does not guarantee legal stability.
“Everything seems to show that Peru will grow below 1% in 2023, that is, our economic position is more difficult compared to last year, with the government of Pedro Castillo. Without a doubt, one of the main tasks of Dina Boluarte is to attract foreign investors,” said the internationalist.
Therefore, he considered, this is one of the main tasks that the head of State should carry out during his participation in the 78th Session of the UN General Assembly.
