The knocker in the cabin starts working and does not lose power. It felt small, in a good way! A testament to the focus and interesting characters.

#KnockAtTheCabin is a true artist’s work. This is one of the best movies of M. Night Shyamalan’s career, and I haven’t stopped thinking about it for the past 10 days.

M. Night Shyamalan’s #KnockAtTheCabin is a thrilling ticking time bomb. There’s a limit to how far the narrative can go, but the cast really makes it work, with Dave Bautista continuing to prove such an intriguing screen presence.

#KnockAtTheCabin is a surprisingly straightforward post-apocalyptic thriller that begins with the intensity of a home invasion and turns into something more emotional and suspenseful. M. A solid entry in Knight’s filmography, asking his favorite question: What do you believe?

Knock at the Cabin is a tense and propulsive thriller that keeps you on your toes and maintains the tension throughout its short run time. Dave Bautista is extraordinary in a way both dynamic and terrifying. However, some of the changes in the novel may prove divisive.

Happy to report that M. Night Shyamalan’s #KnockAtTheCabin is truly thrilling: surprising and captivating from start to finish. She’s slim and mean, and a fun little thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat in early February. A huge win for M. Knight, in my opinion. highly recommended.

#KnockAtTheCabin is M. Night Shyamalan’s best in a long time as he turns a difficult idea into something accessible and exciting. He’s surprisingly disciplined, and that restraint is coupled with impressive work by the cast to create a neat and tasteful package.

Knock at the Cabin is M. Night Shyamalan’s best film in nearly 20 years. Bautista is always great, but I don’t think he’s ever been as perfect in a role as he is here: one scene in particular (you’ll know it when you see it) is legitimately chilling.
