The Education Secretary of Coahuila presented a series of books ordered to be produced and that they will replace the free texts sent by the federation.
“We did the task of calling the main publishing houses in the country and with their honor and experience they helped us find the best materials. A positive response was obtained immediately,” said Francisco Saracho Navarro, head of the agency.
He stressed that the collection also represents a demand from parents who send their children to state educational establishments every day.
“Without a doubt this is the best investment we have made, because it is not limited to the economic cost of books, but for the future of more than half a million women, men and teenagers in our state. There are 18 books for primary school and 16 for secondary school”.
He explained that You will receive copies from September 13 and one day later they will start distributing it all over the state.
“The new materials make up a collection that we call Coahuila Educa. It is included in the plan and programs with gradual and sequential content, offering material on the subject and ensuring that students have access to math, Spanish, science, civics, history and geography that make up comprehensive learning.
Books will be virtual
Saracho Navarro mentioned that the books are also available almost on the microsite of the Coahuila Ministry of Education.
“We are already ready with the logistics for delivery to schools and no later than next Monday the 18th we deliver to all schools.”
The state official said that the legal route does not present differences regarding its non-distribution controversy and the two protections implemented to prevent the delivery of those in the Federation.
“The legal route continues and it is determined that the books will not be delivered, in addition to the two protection processes so that we do not use them, we are following and not to wait any longer, the children can have these books from Educa Coahuila.”
