Juarez, city – The High Technology Training Center (Cenaltec) in conjunction with the SMTA, as a member of the Education Program Committee of the SMTA Juárez Chapter, has announced the start of the SMT course this Saturday.
The course will start at 8:00 in the morning with five-hour sessions and will last for three weeks.
The director of Cenaltec Juárez Brenda Rodríguez explained that this project also originates from the educational commission, which consists of higher levels of institutions and higher intelligence, such as the IA Center and CIITA and seeks to develop programs that generate high-value jobs and make a competitive part, on the surface of the mountain of technology (SMT).
The 15-hour course deals with the main concepts and is aimed at other disciplines to meet the needs of the industry, explained the director of Linkage.
“This course will be called Fast Track, because what the industry is looking for is to provide people with skills faster and the project is as soon as it ends, the next one opens,” explained the director of Cenaltec.
Víctor Hugo Madero, who presides over the Chapter of SMTA Juárez, explained that the executives coming from the surface participate in the industry also in this body and, although approaching increases the demand for talent on the matter, this is not new for Juárez.
“The theme is that we already saw 5 years ago, Juárez was the pioneer of this technology in the 80s and 70s, which later went to Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro; to the growth approaching the border brings the need to increase the capacity of production in the city”.
