In the Los Informantes program, they say that his obsession with green began 43 years ago, Camilo himself tells that at the age of 23 he bought his first green instrument when he got married and decorated his life with that color.
But his friend Wilson San Martin has another hypothesis, why the green mania was born: when they did not believe.

His fury was so great that, when he became mayor in 1987, he evicted the entire municipality of Soledad, except for the village where he lived.
