After the microcycle of training completed by the Colombian U-20 women’s team in Bogotá, Antioquia coach Carlos Paniagua gave the group the selections for the Conmebol Evolution Tournament.
Also on the list, led by Ana María Guzmán, a new player from Bayern Munich in Germany, are Gabriela Rodríguez from América de Cali, Liz Katerine Osorio from Atlético Nacional, Valeria Candanoza from DIM and Yunaira López from Formas Íntimas.
Another one of the players in the process is Yésica Paola Muñoz, who plays in DIM, Nacional and now does not have a team.
As reported by the Colombian Football Federation, the Colombian team will gather at the FCF sports headquarters in Bogotá from this Monday, September 11, until Friday the 15th and later travel to Uruguayan territory, where the championship will take place.
Some players like Linda Caicedo, who will be part of the squad, are not there, because this is a development tournament that serves as a preparation for the national team that will participate in the U-20 World Cup next year.
