Sales of the top 10 two-wheelers may fall 16.78 percent in October, but more than 1.1 million bikes and scooters have yet to be purchased. Let’s find out which are the top 5 two wheelers.
The best-selling motorcycle
The Hero Splendor again won the best-selling two-wheeler in October. It sold 2,67,821 units in October. The company has introduced its Splendor bike in three models, namely Splendor +, Splendor iSmart and Super Splendor. In terms of price, Splendor + starts at Rs.64,850, Splendor iSmart starts at Rs.69,650 and Super Splendor starts at Rs.73,900 (all prices, ex-showroom New Delhi).

Speaking of the cheapest models, the company offers a 97.2cc engine in the Splendor +. This engine is capable of generating 8.01PS of power and 8.05Nm of peak torque. According to ARAI, Splendor gives you mileage up to 80KMPL. The bike has i3s technology, which automatically shuts off when standing in traffic for 5 seconds. It has been given tubeless tires.

Here are the top 5 bikes
Second on the list is the Honda Activa scooter, which sold 1,96,699 units in October 2021. Hero HF Deluxe and Honda CB Shine bikes are in the third and fourth positions at the same time. They sold 1,64,311 units and 1,13,554 units, respectively. The Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle was in fifth place, selling 86,500 units in October 2021.
