Tata’s Nexon is the No. 1 choice of customers. In the SUV segment, it topped the list of top 10 best-selling cars in May. Tata Motors cars are becoming very popular among the people. The biggest example of this was recently seen when Tata Motors surpassed Hyundai in May and became the second largest selling company in India.
Tata Motors sold 14,614 units of the sub-4m SUV in May 2022, compared to 6,439 units sold in the same month last year. SUV sales increased 127% year-on-year. The Tata Nexon is not only the best-selling SUV but now the second best-selling model in India in the list of best-selling passenger cars.

Engine
Tata Nexon comes in the market with total petrol, diesel engine and EV options. It is powered by a 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine that produces 120 PS of power and 170 Nm of torque. On the other hand, in its diesel version, the company has used a 1.5-liter turbo diesel engine that generates 110 PS of power and 260 Nm of torque. This engine comes with 6 speed manual and 6 speed automatic gearbox.
