Toyota discontinued its Urban Cruiser Highrider mid-side SUV just last month. However, the company has not announced its price. Now the company has pulled back the curtain on its pricing as well. This SUV is launched in two engines 1.5-litre mild-hybrid and 1.5-litre strong-hybrid. It was launched with these two engines in manual and automatic transmission. In total, it will come in 15 variants. Out of which the company has revealed the prices of 11 variants. The prices of the remaining 4 variants will be announced later. It will compete directly with SUVs like Maruti Brezza, Maruti Vitara, Hyundai Creta. So let’s quickly know the price of its variants.
1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol engine
Toyota’s Urban Cruiser Highrider will get the segment’s first mild-hybrid petrol engine. It is the first model in the segment to get all-wheel-drive in the mild-hybrid variant. The High Rider is powered by a 1.5-litre engine mated to an E-Drive transmission. Its engine output is 68 kW and it is capable of generating 122Nm of peak torque. Its motor output can produce 59 kW of power and 141Nm of torque. Both motors together are capable of producing 85 kW of output.

Exterior of Toyota Highrider
Talking about the exterior of this compact SUV from Toyota, it has been given a dual-tone color. That is, you will be able to buy it in red + black or blue + black combination. It is likely that it will be available in many color options at launch. It gets a larger bonnet, chrome strip, split LED DRLs and a larger air dam. Wraparound tail lamps are found at the rear. The SUV gets an all-new design of dual-tone alloy wheels. It is longer than the typical urban cruiser.

Talking about the interior of the car, it will get a dual-tone finish. The dashboard features soft-touch leather. You will find features like free-standing touchscreen infotainment, HUD and panoramic sunroof in this mid-size SUV. Toyota Highrider Safety
The Toyota Urban Cruiser Highrider gets 6 airbags, ABS traction control with EBD, hill hold and hill start assist. Besides, 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child seat mounting points, three-point seat belts for both rows and adjustable headrests also come as safety features. Almost the same features are offered in the New Brezza as well. The company is yet to reveal its price, but according to reports it will be priced between 10 and 16 lakh.
